CLARK COVE COTTAGE

This tastefully decorated year round cottage was built in 2004 and it has spectacular views of Harpswell Sound. The cottage is as close to the water as you can get and the deck overlooks the water and has great sunset views. The kitchen/living/dining area are open and light with berber carpets and tile floors. There are two bedrooms, one upstairs with queen size bed and a bedroom downstairs in the basement with a queen size bed and radiant heat in the floor. 1/2 bath in the basement with laundry facilities and a full bath on the first floor. On the east side of Bailey Island this spacious year round home offers lots of room to roam around inside or out. There is a large family room on the second floor that has a large stone fireplace an enclosed sun porch and two bedrooms with a full bath. Downstairs on the first floor there is another fireplace in the living room, a dining area, an eat in kitchen with a small enclosed sunroom, 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and a washer and dryer and a half bath. On the west side of the house is a patio that is fenced in for privacy, and on the east side there is a large sloping lawn with access to the beach in front. No pets, no smoking please.
