The cottage sits high up
on a hill and has great water views south down Harpswell Sound
out to Half-Way Rock. The cottage is part of a small "village"
of cottages with access to a new dock and float and a small
beach area. There is a covered porch with views, 3 bedrooms with
1 queen, 1 full size bed and 4 singles, 1 bathroom with a sit
down shower on the first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with
a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, TV, VCR, DVD, radio,
fireplace for heat and they supply the wood, and lawn furniture, a propane grill

CLARK SHORE COTTAGE
This cottage is on the east side of the neck and has views
over to Orr's Island. The cottage has a great covered deck that
faces the water for sunrise views. Inside the main floor is open
and very comfortable with great views. There is a full bath on
the main floor. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a
queen size bed and a sitting area with a futon. The basement is
finished with radiant heat in the floor with a sliding glass
door opening to the water. The is a queen size bed, large closet
and washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked for whatever
cooking you may want to do!

great kayaking spot. There is a double deck overlooking the water,

over-looking the water. There are several bedrooms upstairs with 2
fulls and 4 twin beds or a set of bunk beds and a half bath as
well. There is a path to the water over the ledges and you can go
swimming or you can launch your kayak too. The cottage also has a

STONEHURST LEDGES
Situated on
Casco Bay this comfortable 3 bedroom Cape has water views from
every room. Enjoy dining in the spacious sunroom, while watching
the sun come or watch the lobstermen hauling their traps. There
is a large waterfront yard for outdoor games or just watching
the waterfowl.

full size beds. The bathroom has been completely redone with a
new floor, walls and a 32"x48" walk in shower. The kitchen
has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, TV, VCR, DVD, cable TV,
radio, no phone, electric heat, a propane grill. NO PETS

ASH POINT COTTAGE
You
can almost touch the water from the porch! The views are
fantastic and the beach is just a view steps away. This
wonderful old cottage has lots of charm with its built in
cabinets, large windows to drink in the view and two screened in
porches to enjoy without the bugs! The covered porch faces the
water, and there is a large lawn area for games! The cottage
inside has an updated kitchen, with a microwave, toaster, coffee
maker, TV, DVD, no cable or satellite though, good drinking
water, propane grill, and furniture for the lawn, washer/dryer.
There are five bedrooms on the second floor with one having a
queen, one a full 2 having two twins and the maids quarters has
one single with a full bathroom! There is a full bath on the
second floor and a 3/4 bath on the first floor. If you
are bringing a boat the Dolphin Marina is about a mile away by
road or just across the cove by water!
