Nestled in the woods on Gun Point Cove the cottage
has a great deck and views of the cove. The kitchen, living, and
dining room are all open and there is a great fireplace. It has
one bedroom with a queen size bed, a full bathroom, and a dock and
float. There is a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, TV, VCR,
radio, phone, Rennai heater, not providing wood for the fireplace,
propane grill and lawn furniture.

The Vistas from this lovely contemporary house are just
spectacular. The expansive deck invites al fresco cooking,
dining & relaxing. Enjoy water views all the way down the
bay to open ocean. The sunsets are spectacular over-looking
the water and Islands too. The rock ledge shoreline
encourages sunbathing, fishing, kayaking & swimming. The
house is open and airy with views of the water from every
room. There is a master bedroom suite on the first floor
with a tub and separate shower, a king size bed and views of
the water. Upstairs there are three bedrooms with two
singles in one and the other two have queens. A full
bath upstairs as well. Bed and bath linens can be
provided for an additional $150 weekly.
